  • My targeted move-in date is 2 months away, can I apply for an apartment now?

    We can hold an apartment for no longer than 30 days prior to your move-in date, on select units. That can be done if  your application has been approved and we have received your non-refundable deposit in full.

  • I don’t have very good credit, will I be approved?

    This can be determined on a case to case basis as there are other factors that determine approving an application besides the credit.  We could accept less than perfect credit with a security deposit higher than the minimum $500.  However, our deposit amount is not only based on credit status, but also income, duration at current residence, job situation and other information that relates to the approval process.

  • Who should fill out an application?

    One application per each tenant over 18 years of age and one application per each co-signer.

  • Do you accept pets?

    Cats are allowed for all properties with a deposit of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $35 per cat with a maximum of 2 cats.

  • I need short term lease for less than a year, is that possible?

    We do accept - on select apartments - short term leases that are less than 1 year. However, the minimum is 3 months. Please inquire with the onsite manager of the property in question about the rent rate premium for short term leases.

  • Do you have any furnished apartments?

    We don’t but there are companies that rent furniture.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    The application fee for each applicant above the age of 18 and can be paid by check, money order, online credit card or cash.  Your security deposit and first month’s rent has to be in the form cashier’s check or a money order payable to the property’s name. All following monthly rent amounts can be paid with personal checks provided that non of your checks to our company have ever returned due to non-sufficient funds. We also accept online payments.

  • What kitchen appliances are included?

    Each listed apartment in the “vacancies” section includes description of all included appliances.

  • Can I receive the keys to my new apartment to get some furniture moved into it prior to my actual move-in date?

    No, the keys can only be given to you effective the starting date of the contract even if the contract was signed prior to the move-in date. However, the manager of that building - as a courtesy - can facilitate granting access to your furniture delivery companies by opening for them. Management company is not responsible for personal belongings.

  • Can I have a co-signer when applying for an apartment?

    Yes. The co-signer will have to fill out an apartment application and so will the applicant.  Co-signers must provide the same documents that the applicant usually provides (Copies of proof of income + driver license/photo ID).  Upon approval, Co-signers have to sign the lease in addition to the applicant’s signature.

  • I currently reside out of state/town, can I apply for an apartment?

    Yes. We can help you apply, get approved and secure an apartment for your arrival.  The steps are as following:

    • Decide which apartment you’d like to apply for by checking out the website’s VACANCIES section.
    • Get in touch with the onsite manager of the desired listing to answer any questions you have about it and to send you a link to the online application so you can fill it out, pay its fee online and upload your driver’s license/photo ID and proof of income to it. Proof of income can be: 2 Recent paystubs or if self employed, a most recent tax return’s income page or 2 recent bank statement’s page that shows total deposit for each month.
    • Upon receiving the filled out application(s) and confirmation of their paid fees, the manager will then process the application(s) and submit the results to our main office. Afterwards, the manager will contact you with the results of your approval and the security deposit amount required.
    • You will then need to pay the deposit to secure the unit. The manager will then provide you with a “Welcome Sheet” containing the utility companies telephone numbers and your new address so you can schedule switching on services in your name at your new address.
  • Do you have any move-in specials?

    Qualified applicants can take advantage of our Zero Security Deposit Special upon move-in, provided each applicant's credit score is 820 or above.
