• We will waive the $30 fee to process an application (up to 2 applicants) if you provide a holding deposit of $200 when applying for a unit.
• Your $200 holding deposit is non-refundable upon approval.

* Month to month leasing with rewards for staying 12 months
We allow month to month leasing on select units. Please inquire about the specific property you are interested in renting.   Usually, for short term leases, additional monthly rent is required.  However, for a limited time, we are waiving those fees on certain units.  If you end up staying for 12 months, then we will financially reward you after the 12th. month.

* $100 Tenant referral incentive (Applies to 1 year lease)
If you are one of our residents and you refer to us someone that ends up renting at any of our properties, then you get $100.

* Terms and conditions for specials
Specials cannot be combined together unless indicated specifically next to a listing.  Certain specials apply only to 1 year leases. Other specials require proof of purchase or receipts.  Price matching special requires a printed advertisement that either shows an address or a telephone number for verification and the compared unit has to be of same size and amenities.  Specials do not apply to 3rd. party referrals nor can they be combined with their discounts or specials.
